Jad Khairallah

Jad Khairallah is an attorney at law, a legal consultant and the founder of Khairallah Law Firm in Beirut, with over 15 years of experience representing clients and governmental entities across the Middle East.

 

He has extensive expertise in corporate, financial, regulatory, and civil law, particularly in telecommunications, banking, finance, and commercial matters. Additionally, he has handled cases related to bankruptcy, real estate, construction, litigation.

 

Jad has frequently advised governmental entities and private sector investors on Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs). He has also provided legal and corporate counsel to multiple Saudi Arabian authorities on PPP structures for various projects..

 

As General Counsel of a top-tier Lebanese bank, Jad spearheaded their Legal Department and Legal Defence team through Lebanon’s economic and financial collapse, a crisis the World Bank classified as one of the worst globally since the mid-19th century.

 

He holds an LL.B. from Sagesse University in Beirut and a B.S. in Political Science from Notre Dame University in Beirut. He is a member of the Beirut Bar Association and is fluent in Arabic, English, and French.
